Champagne Walid Lahoud Feneuil Cuvée Matisse

A Premier Cru Réserve Brut from the third generation of the Feneuil family in Chamery, crafted by Walid Lahoud alongside his uncle and oenologist Alain Feneuil. A classic assembly of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, dosed at 7g/l for precise, well judged balance. Aromatic and expressive on the nose with dried flowers, pear, and white peach, while the dark varieties add fruitiness and complexity. The palate is clean and fresh, with the Chardonnay providing finesse and lift and the Pinot varieties lending structure and depth. Citrus and floral notes linger on a long, vibrant finish. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside shellfish, delicate fish, and soft cheeses. Serve at 8–10°C.
