Eligibility
This service is available exclusively to business customers (restaurants, hotels, and similar establishments) operating in Sweden. You must be at least 20 years of age and authorised to place orders on behalf of your organisation.
Orders
All orders placed through this platform are binding once confirmed. Prices are stated in SEK excluding VAT. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.
Limitation of liability
Vin i Tid is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential loss arising from the use of this service.
Changes to these terms
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
