The History of Vin i Tid

Joseph Mounayer's journey into wine began in Lebanon, where he developed a deep appreciation for the region's storied vineyards and the culture surrounding them. He went on to found the Association des Sommeliers du Liban (ASLIB) and serve as captain of the Lebanese National Sommelier Team — carrying Lebanese wine culture onto the international stage. After relocating to Sweden, Joseph established himself as Wine Director for Gotaplatsgruppen, one of Gothenburg's most respected restaurant groups. Those years sharpened his understanding of what restaurants truly need: wines that sell, that guests remember, and that carry a story worth telling. Vin i Tid — Vinitid AB — was born from that understanding. Based in Gothenburg, the company was built to bridge the gap between the world's finest small producers and Swedish restaurants that deserve access to them.
